Repair
ALJ repairs boards by most of the  major manufacturers in the commercial laundry industry.  Quality is our mantra.  By refurbishing existing control boards, we provide our clients with a low – cost alternative for repair or replacement of defective electronic controls.

Only certified and approved electronic components are utilized in the repair of existing boards. All boards are rebuilt to manufacturers’ specifications.

All repairs are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of repair.*

All boards are serviced by qualified, experienced engineers and technicians with over 40 cumulative years of formal and practical training. In addition, several of our technicians are trained in schematic and board design, increasing our ability to service a wide array of industry product and creating effective solutions for our clients.   

Our support personnel are trained to respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and experienced manner.

Inventory
ALJ carries a supply of inventory for several of the more common control boards, motor boards, ignitors,  and power supplies.  The benefit to our customers is that we are able to immediately turn around an order for a client, minimizing machine downtime and loss of revenue.  In addition, we carry a supply of washing machine and dryer touch pads for Speed Queen, Huebsch and Dexter equipment.  All of our existing circuit board inventory comes with a one year warranty from the date of shipment.*

Programming
We program boards where possible to meet our customers’ operating and revenue targets.

Consultation and Instruction
If a client requires it, we consult clients on the installation and operation of all boards that we service or manufacture.  

Machine replacement
We work with  distributors of all the major manufacturers and if needed can direct our customers to the distributors in their market area that can assist them with replacement of and purchase of new or refurbished machines.

Referrals
We work very closely with distributors and service technicians across the country.  Therefore, we can confidently refer end users to the best service and parts and equipment suppliers in their immediate area.

ALJ provides service to clients in the continental United States and internationally in Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and as far away as Kenya.   

Distributors and Service Technicians
ALJ works very closely with distributors and service providers of most of  the major manufacturers'  products.  Our distributor clients are located across the continental United States.  

On Premise – Laundry (OPL)
ALJ also works directly with prominent branded commercial and industrial On Premise Laundry end-users of large commercial and industrial on premise equipment like several of the major lodging and hospitality chains including the  Four Seasons Hotel, Hyatt Regency, Omni Hotels, Days Inn, Best Western and more,  governmental facilities like the California, Oregon and Texas Correctional Facilities,  and military institutions, universities, Cintas Uniform Corporation,  and numerous other brand name institutions.  

Coin-Operated Laundry Owners
A large component of our customer base are the mom and pop operators of commercial laundry facilities across the country.  We understand the specific needs of the mom and pop coin laundry operators and the impact that a protracted downtime can have on their livelihood.
