Q: How do I get my computer board repaired?

A: Send your defective computer board to:

ALJ will normally exchange the unit for a rebuilt computer in stock, or if none are available, will rebuild the same computer and send it back. IMPORTANT - you must enclose a note with your name, shipping address (no P.O. boxes), and phone number.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: ALJ accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Net 10 and net 30 day terms are available upon approval of credit. Orders can be prepaid by check or money order; please contact ALJ to determine check amount. Shipping is free on prepaid orders. ALJ does not ship COD. Payment in U.S. dollars only.


Q: My machine is down and I need a rebuilt unit ASAP. What should I do?

A: Contact ALJ to discuss your options. ASAP (24 hour) service is available for a fee on most items. Many computers are in-stock for immediate shipment with a refundable core charge; please call for estimate. ASAP items must be paid by credit card, or billed on pre-approved Net 10 or 30 day terms.


Q: I need a spare computer. Does ALJ have any units available for purchase?

A: A limited number of units are available for purchased with a core charge; please call for availability.


Q: What is the turn around time on orders?

A:
In-stock computers are normally exchanged and shipped within 1-3 days; many are shipped within the same day. Non-exchange units requiring repair will be returned as soon as possible depending on labor and parts.
